"Clotted" Cream


 
1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1 4 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
       In a medium bowl with an electric mixer whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, and a 3rd part of mascarpone cheese whip on high until it’s fully mixed in.
